Fees paid for consultation, strategy calls, audits, training sessions, or advisory services are non-refundable after the session has been conducted or scheduled.

Clients may request project cancellation by written email communication.
- If cancellation is requested before work starts, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- If work has already started, charges for completed milestones, resources utilized, and operational costs will be deducted.
6. Marketing & Advertising Services
For digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, or lead generation services:
- Refunds are not applicable after campaign launch.
- Advertising platform charges (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Performance outcomes may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Third-Party Services
Payments made toward third-party providers including:
- Hosting services
- Domain registration
- SMS/WhatsApp APIs
- Cloud platforms
- Payment gateway charges
- Licensed software/tools
are governed by the respective provider’s policies and are non-refundable through MediCodec.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact MediCodec support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Legal recovery action
- Permanent account/service restriction
9. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within:
- 7–14 business days for domestic payments
- Additional time may apply depending on banks or payment gateways
